SAP sucht einen Solution Advisor Senior Specialist for Transformation (f/m/d) zur Unterstützung unserer RISE with SAP-Initiative. In dieser Schlüsselposition sind Sie das Bindeglied zwischen Kunden, internen Teams und Partnern, um reibungslose Transformationsprozesse zu gewährleisten.

Ihre Hauptaufgaben:

Kundenorientierte Projektkoordination

• Fungieren als primärer Ansprechpartner für Kunden während der gesamten Transformationsphase
• Koordination und Übersetzung von Anforderungen zwischen Customer Delivery Management (CDM), Technical Quality Management (TQM) und anderen internen Teams

Change Management

• Analyse und Kategorisierung von Kundenanfragen (Service Requests, Change Requests)
• Erstellung und Verwaltung von Change Requests und Opportunities
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Business Support und Koordinierung von CAA Requests

Migrationsunterstützung

• Begleitung von Kunden durch den gesamten Migrationsprozess, insbesondere bei Lift & Shift-Projekten
• Koordination der Support-Rollen (ECS, SAP Consulting, Kunden) während der Migration
• Überwachung und Abnahme von Change Requests im Migrationsverlauf

Onboarding und Systemmanagement

• Unterstützung beim Onboarding unserer Kunden und Implementierung von "Thrive in Motion"-Initiativen
• Entwicklung der Kunden zu referenzierbaren Projekterfolgen
• Überwachung der Systemprovisionierung und Bearbeitung von Onboarding-Formularen
• Koordination des ECS Handovers und Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Übergangs

Prozessoptimierung

• Unterstützung im Work at Risk (W@R) Prozess, einschließlich Aufnahme, Einstellung, Überwachung und enger Abstimmung mit Account Executives
• Steuerung der SCSMs und ECS-Teams
• Behebung von Problemen bei Rechnungsstellungen und anderen kritischen Geschäftsprozessen

Ihr Profil:

• Fundiertes Verständnis der SAP-Lösungslandschaft und Transformationsprozesse
• Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Koordinationsfähigkeiten
• Erfahrung im Projektmanagement und Change Management
• Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Vertrieb und ECS-Organisation
• Fähigkeit, komplexe technische Konzepte in verständliche Geschäftssprache zu übersetzen
• Kundenorientierte Denkweise und Problemlösungskompetenz
• Fähigkeit, in einem dynamischen Umfeld zu arbeiten
