### Job Description

We are looking for a proactive colleague who enjoys daily challenges and possesses an analytical mind¿set. The operations team is responsible for onboar¿ding our partners, starting from initial discussions on technical integration, moving through the integration of partner systems with ours, and managing daily support tickets.

### Profile

/ Bachelor’s degree or a related vocational training in technical subjects or customer care

/ Fluency in English; knowledge of German is a plus

/ Excellent communication and teamwork skills

/ Knowledge of SQL and API design is a plus

/ Background or experience in electric vehicle charging is a plus

/ Enthusiasm for innovative topics, sustainability, and electromobility

/ Enjoys working independently and taking responsibility

/ Knowledge of Software integration testing procedures is a plus
