Your main challenges will be: • Leading the ongoing development of our iOS app for Enreach Contact and Swyx • Defining and evolving the architecture of the iOS application • Collaborating with senior backend developers and Android developers to ensure smooth API integration • Working alongside product managers and UX/UI designers to translate business needs into seamless user experiences • Mentoring junior developers and supporting their technical growth • Collaborating with international teams across multiple departments YOUR PROFIL • You have expertise in Swift and the Apple Developer ecosystem • You bring experience in building and deploying applications for iPhones and iPads • You’re experienced in onboarding and mentoring junior developers • You have a deep understanding of software architecture and mobile best practices • You are confident communicating in English at a professional level • You are a proactive team player who takes ownership and works with curiosity and dedication • Optional: You possess relevant VoIP knowledge (e.g., SIP, RTP) LOOK FORWARD TO • An international working environment with more than 1,100 colleagues at 24 locations in Europe • Flexible working hours and mobile working - preferably at our Bochum location or worldwide • Responsibility and self-organised work in agile structures based on Scrum and Holacracy • Working with the latest technologies and modern office and IT equipment • Lots of fun at employee events • Continuous learning and development (e.g. language courses or the Enreach Academy) APPLY NOW With your complete application documents including your possible date of entry and salary expectations.
