C&A is seeking an experienced, data driven, and highly customer focused Value Realization leader to join our Fit for Future (F4F) Programme.


The mission of the F4F programme is to modernize C&A’s processes and technology to enable truly European omni-channel ways of working. Our vision is that, C&A will have a more efficient, resilient, and data-driven omni-channel business that allows C&A to scale and offer great availability of products and value for money for customers.


The Value Realization Lead is responsible for ensuring the programme realizes the intended business benefits, as early as possible. The role will work cross-functionally to define KPIs, align goals, track progress, and ensure goals are met.


YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Build relationships with stakeholders to ensure buy-in and alignment on value realization efforts.
  • Develop business cases for the programme.
  • Manage the programme budget.
  • Identify all potential value drivers from the digital transformation efforts (e.g., cost savings, revenue growth, operational efficiencies).
  • Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to define and align business goals and KPIs. Oversee the creation and implementation of new KPIs. Develop frameworks and metrics to track progress.
  • Continuously monitor performance and outcomes, ensuring the transformation is on track to deliver the expected benefits. Regularly report on value achieved and highlighting potential gaps or risks to expected outcomes. Identify, assess, and mitigate risks that could impact the realization of value.
  • Conduct ad-hoc analysis and deep dives.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or a related field. Master’s degree is preferred.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in financial planning, budgeting, cost-benefit analysis, and managing financial performance in large-scale transformation projects including ERP.
  • Experience working closely with finance and business teams.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Change management certifications or financial management certifications are a plus.
  • Exposure to fashion, consumer goods or other retail industries.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong financial acumen. Strong understanding of budgeting, financial modeling, cost-benefit analysis, and ROI assessments for large scale digital transformation programme.
  • Ability to measure and track the financial value delivered through digital transformation initiatives, including cost savings, revenue growth, and improved efficiencies.
