WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Be the first point of contact for technical inquiries and issues, providing top-notch support with a smile.
• Take ownership of IT system setup and maintenance, including MS Win 10 and MS Active Directory.
• Handle hardware/software installation, network configuration, and actively participate in IT projects (rollouts, migrations, hands & eyes support).
• Analyze and document system and application errors, ensuring smooth operations.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

• Completed apprenticeship as IT Specialist for System Integration or 2+ years of experience in IT support.
• Solid experience with the Microsoft environment.
• Familiarity with ticketing systems.
• Excellent communication skills in fluent German (C1) and good English skills for daily use.
