As an Onsite Technician, you'll be the go-to person for all things tech in Ottobrunn, ensuring our users have a smooth and enjoyable experience.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Be the first point of contact for technical inquiries and issues, providing creative solutions with a smile.
• Take ownership of IT systems, including installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting (MS Win 10, MS Active Directory, etc.).
• Handle hardware/software installations, network configurations, and actively participate in IT projects (rollouts, migrations, hands & eyes support).
• Analyze and document system and application errors, ensuring timely resolution.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

• Completed apprenticeship as IT Specialist for System Integration or 2+ years of experience in IT support.
• Strong experience with the Microsoft environment.
• Experience working with ticketing systems.
• Familiarity with Google Environment (Docs/Sheets).
• Driver's license class B.
• Excellent communication skills in fluent German (C1) and good English skills for daily use.
