POSITION AS OF NOW:

TEAM LEADER ACQUIRING & AUTHORIZATION (ALL GENDERS)

Your tasks:

• You will lead the Acquiring & Authorization Team, managing both onshore and nearshore teams
• You will be the first point of contact for the Business
• You will drive the Business Strategy, goals, and needs of the company
• You will be responsible for managing service provi­ders in the area of authorization
• You will oversee the development of new digital acceptance media

Your profile:

• You have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Technology, or a related business field
• You bring several years of experience in managing multi-team setups within international organizations
• You are familiar with payment technologies such as EMV Chip, mobile payment, and digital payment solutions
• You possess strong analytical and execution skills and are capable of balancing daily operations with mid-term changes like rationalization and migrations
• You are fluent in English, and German proficiency is a strong plus
