The Role


  • Generate actionable insights through analysis of customer and loyalty data via appropriate statistical methods to support data-driven decision-making

  • Steer and monitor the commercial performance of the loyalty program through business case development of new propositions & implementation of appropriate measurement techniques

  • Develop, maintain & enhance loyalty program target projections & budget forecasts to drive effective program management

  • Define the omni-channel customer value strategy, driving long term customer retention and incremental customer lifetime value

  • Build and drive implementation of customer segmentation frameworks and models to deploy targeted loyalty & CRM initiatives

  • Define & prototype self-serve customer analytics tools to support data-driven decision making

Useful Experience


  • You may have experience in a mix of the following areas:

  • Extensive knowledge of loyalty programs, CRM & omnichannel customer engagement

  • Extensive experience in Customer Analytics, CRM strategy & value management

  • Experience with CRM campaign analytics & experiment design/measurement

  • Experiences in deployment of customer segmentation and modelling to drive customer personalization

  • Experience in an omni-channel retail environment preferred

  • Strong analytical and conceptual skillset to identify connections from complex datasets

  • Profound understanding of incremental effects and experience with development of frameworks to measure incrementality

  • Advanced SQL and Excel, and ideally knowledge in statistical software and programming language (e. g. R and Python)
