Work environment:


The Canadian Forces Support Unit (Europe) is the lead support unit in Europe and oversees the administrative and logistics requirements of Canadian Forces members, Public Servants, School Teachers and their families across Europe. Its mission is to provide support services to Canadian Forces members and Department of National Defence personnel stationed in Europe.


The Human Resource Clerk will perform administrative tasks and services to support effective and efficient operations of the Regional Civilian Personnel Office.


In order to be considered, your application must clearly explain how you meet the following (essential qualifications)


Education:


  • Completion of higher-level secondary school (e.g. Realschule) AND completed apprenticeship or vocational training program (e.g. Ausbildung) ; OR an equivalent combination of education, training and/or experience as defined as: 2 years' experience in a field related to providing administrative support services in an office environment

Language:


  • German and English Essential

Experience:


  • Experience providing administrative support services in an office environment
  • Experience providing client service
  • Experience using Microsoft 365 Suite (e.g. Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Publisher)
