Our People & Culture Services and Systems team are responsible for providing the digital infrastructure and services at the heart of our pan-European HR operations. The PMO Manager role is a pivotal part of this team, ensuring the successful implementation of standardized HR solutions and transformation programs across the organization. By providing coherent project management support and coordination for multiple initiatives involving many of the same stakeholders, this role facilitates efficient project collaboration and communication within People & Culture and across the organization, ultimately contributing to the achievement of strategic HR objectives.


YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

As PMO Managrer you will have the opportunity to:


  • Implement and enhance standardized project management methodologies and tools to support HR transformation programs.
  • Coordinate cross-functional project activities, including project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
  • Facilitate effective communication and stakeholder engagement strategies to ensure alignment and transparency throug different project phases.
  • Track project actions, risks and mitigation measures, proactively identifying and addressing potential issues to minimize disruptions.
  • Prepare project status reports and presentations for senior leadership and project steering committees.
  • Support the onboarding and integration of new project team members, providing training and guidance as needed.
  • Manage project documentation and knowledge sharing processes to maintain an organized project repository.

WHAT YOU BRING

We'd be keen to speak to thse whose profile includes a blend of the following:


  • Minimum of 3 years experience in a PMO role, with a background in HR transformation projects preferred.
  • Proven experience in a project management office (PMO) role, preferably within a multinational corporate environment.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies such as Prince 2, PMBOK, etc. and classical or agile variants thereof.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
  • Proficiency in common project management tools and software, such as Microsoft Project /, Teams / SharePoint.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in German or other languages is a plus.
