We are seeking an inspiring and strategic Head of Global Marketing to lead our brand, digital, and demand generation efforts across all regions. Reporting directly to the Chief Commercial Officer, this high-impact executive role is preferably based in Basel, Switzerland, and offers the opportunity to shape the global identity of a leading diagnostics brand.

YOUR ROLE – STRATEGIC. GLOBAL. IMPACTFUL.

• Develop and lead the global marketing strategy, brand positioning, and go-to-market roadmap
• Drive a customer-centric marketing vision across all regions, aligned with company goals
• Conduct market intelligence and competitive analysis to identify new growth opportunities
• Oversee global brand management, digital presence, public relations, and corporate communications
• Lead integrated demand generation campaigns (digital, events, field marketing, partner marketing)
• Ensure consistent brand messaging while adapting to local market needs
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Product Management, and Regional Leadership
• Build and lead a high-performing, diverse global marketing team
• Manage marketing budgets, KPIs, and external agency relationships for efficiency and effectiveness

Your Profile – Visionary. Collaborative. Data-driven.

• 15+ years of marketing experience, including 5+ years in a global executive leadership role
• Proven success in developing and executing global marketing strategies (B2B, B2C, or B2B2C)
• Expertise in brand management, digital marketing, demand generation, and analytics
• Experience managing international teams and cross-cultural campaigns
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Strategic thinker with an entrepreneurial mindset and operational focus
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA preferred
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
