Are you ready to take your career to new heights? At AMS, we are passionate about delivering exceptional ground services at Frankfurt Airport, and we're looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team as **Warehouse Operations Agents**, on shift rotor system, including some nightshifts.

With over a decade of experience, our dedicated staff provide Ramp Supervision, Load Control, Warehouse Supervision, and ULD Management to many airlines operating into FRA. **Key Tasks and Responsibilities**

•       Supervise and monitor cargo handling and pallet build process within the warehouse during regular night shifts (2330-0800)

•       Inspect cargo for compliance with safety and airline's regulations.

•       To assist team in Ramp Agent duties and ULD management when required during the  regular day shifts (1100-1930).

•       Keep airline customers and operations informed about any issues that may impact the operation in terms of safety and on-time performance.

**Minimum requirements, skills and qualifications**

·       Must be at least 18 years old and have the ability to work in Germany.

·       Willing to work a flexible shift roster including regular night shifts.

·       High school diploma or equivalent.

·       Minimum 2 years’ working experience within the air cargo industry.

·       Both EU-/German Driving Permit class B and clean criminal record is mandatory

·       Good communication skills, with fluency in both German and English.

·       Ability to work in a team-based environment.

·       Good time management and the ability to meet firm deadlines.

·       Good computer skills, preferably Microsoft Office and SharePoint.

·       Knowledge of air cargo build-up and special cargo handling, such as DGR, is required

·       The sense of responsibility, self-initiative, flexibility and intercultural competencies are essential.
