The Team – your impact

Our domain Cloud Native SW Engineering Platforms – Automation Factory delivers the core infrastructure that empowers development teams to build and run automation at scale.As part of the Platform Team, you will play a key role in bridging engineering, architecture, and user perspectives to ensure the platform evolves in a goal-oriented and value-driven way.

Your Role – meaningful undamp; rewarding

• Gather and structure platform requirements from product teams, architects, and stakeholders
• Translate technical needs into clear backlog items and support prioritization
• Support roadmap planning and track progress against value and adoption metrics
• Ensure alignment across governance, architecture, and engineering stakeholders

Your Profile – authentic undamp; open-minded

• Proven experience in business analysis, product development, or platform-oriented roles
• Clear understanding and hands-on experience in cloud-native methodology e.g. Kubernetes, AWS/Azure
• Ability to translate between technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Familiarity with cloud-native technologies and platform operating models
• Proactive and structured mindset with strong communication skills in English as well as in German
