We are now a serial supplier to the aerospace industry and are planning strong growth in this and other sectors. That’s why we’re expanding our production team!

**Your Role:**

As a Production Assistant, you will support our manufacturing team in day-to-day operations. You will help prepare and handle components produced with advanced 3D printing technologies and assist in various production steps such as cleaning, post-processing, and basic assembly work. This role plays an important part in maintaining our high-quality standards and smooth production workflows.

You don’t need a technical background — but if you’re reliable, motivated, and enjoy hands-on work, we’re looking for you! You’ll gain insight into innovative manufacturing processes and have the chance to work with cutting-edge technology in a dynamic and supportive team environment.

**Your Responsibilities:**

·         Assist with cleaning, sorting, and packaging of precision components.

·         Support post-processing of 3D printed parts (e.g., sanding, polishing, simple measuring tasks).

·         Help with assembling mechanical and electronic components under supervision.

·         Keep the work area clean and organized according to safety and quality standards.

·         Assist machine operators with loading/unloading machines or materials as needed.

·         Follow instructions from the production and quality teams carefully.

**Your Profile:**

·         Prior experience in a workshop or production environment is a plus but not required.

·         Enjoy working with your hands and have a good eye for detail.

·         Reliable, punctual, and able to follow safety and process guidelines.

·         Basic understanding of English or German to follow instructions.

·         Flexible, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
