Tasks:

Responsible Business Controller for a global division with strong growth ambition

Act as trusted sparring partner for management, providing insights to improve business strategies

Support and challenge management decisions with forward-looking analysis rather than just historical data

Analyse cost structures and support in recommending improvements

Product portfolio controlling as well as Go-To-Market and sales controlling

Support the preparation and management of the annual budgets for the division

Provide clear KPIs and actionable recommendations for sustainable growth and improved profitability

Profile:

Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field. Master’s or MBA preferred

5+ years of experience in business controlling in a B2B environment

Experience in an industrial company (HW and/or SW)

Good understanding of product / component businesses

Strategic thinker with strong business acumen and the courage to challenge ideas constructively

Excellent communication skills, enabling close collaboration with management and cross-functional teams

Proficiency in modern BI and financial tools

A hands-on, proactive, and solution-oriented approach with a passion for driving change

Private location in the Greater Ravensburg or Frankfurt area
