For a well-established clinic in the Stuttgart metropolitan area, we are seeking an assistant doctor (m/f/d) to join our team immediately. The employment relationship is directly with the clinic. Doc PersonalBeratung facilitates contact with the employer and supports you throughout the entire process until contract signing. Our consulting service is always free of charge for you.

Your responsibilities:

• Working in a modern, multidisciplinary child and adolescent psychiatry department that integrates biological, psychotherapeutic, social psychiatric, and systemic therapeutic approaches.
• Participating in acute and emergency care as well as providing comprehensive therapeutic services for mentally ill children, adolescents, and their families.
• Applying behavior therapy principles while maintaining openness to other therapeutic methods.
• Collaborating within a committed team that values collegiality, open communication, and respectful interaction.

Your profile:

• German medical license (Approbation) and residence permit, with excellent German language skills (C1).
• Interest and enthusiasm for working with mentally ill children, adolescents, and their families.
• An empathetic and appreciative attitude.
• Enjoyment of working in a dynamic and dedicated team.
• Strong interest in pursuing specialist training in child and adolescent psychiatry and psychotherapy or gaining experience in this field during a "guest year."
