For a renowned hospital in the Leipzig metropolitan area, we are seeking a Senior Chief Physician (m/w/d) to join immediately. This permanent position establishes a direct employment relationship between you and our client. Doc PersonalBeratung facilitates the contact with the company and supports you throughout the entire process until contract signing. Our consulting services are always free of charge for you.

YOUR PROFILE:

• You hold the German medical license (Approbation).
• You possess board certification in gynecology and obstetrics, with extensive clinical experience, and have successfully completed the specialized training in obstetrics and perinatal medicine.
• You have many years of leadership experience, ideally as a senior attending physician or chief physician, with a strong organizational and developmental drive.
• You support the cooperative management of obstetrics and gynecology within the women's clinic, demonstrate high social competence, and enjoy interdisciplinary collaboration with neonatology and pediatric surgery.
• A doctoral degree is mandatory; habilitation is an advantage.
• Strategic, innovative thinking and economic management skills complete your profile.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• You take on the responsibility for the chief medical leadership of the obstetrics department at the hospital and are an integral part of the women's clinic.
• You focus on top-level medicine and innovation to sustainably ensure obstetric care at the highest level.
• You work closely interdisciplinary with corresponding departments such as pediatrics, pediatric surgery, and gynecology, developing internal processes and care structures, including outpatient services.
• You lead and promote your team with a special focus on patient orientation and continuous education.
• With your personality and expertise, you significantly contribute to the supraregional reputation of the perinatal center.
• You assume entrepreneurial management of the department, take on strategic project responsibility, and optimize workflows and interfaces.
