For our valued partner in the personnel services sector, we are looking for a


HR Operations Specialist (m/f/d) for the Wuppertal location.


In an international environment that relies on agile solutions and collaborative partnerships, you will ensure stable HR processes, accurate data maintenance, and smooth workflows. As an HR Operations Specialist, you will be the operational backbone of the company — reliable, structured, and service-oriented.


Your tasks:


  • Execute and manage all employee lifecycle processes within HR systems, including hiring, onboarding, transfers, promotions, leaves of absence, and terminations
  • Prepare, validate, and submit payroll data to the payroll provider
  • Administer employee benefits such as group life insurance and health programs
  • Ensure data quality, validation, and compliance with data privacy regulations across HR systems
  • Resolve HR data-related issues and provide support to end users
  • Generate reports and analyses to support HR teams and leadership decision-making
  • Participate in regional and global HR projects, including system updates and testing
  • Collaborate closely with Payroll, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, and Compensation teams to optimize HR processes

Your qualification:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Proven experience in HR operations, payroll processing, or HRIS administration
  • Strong knowledge of HR systems and payroll platforms
  • Understanding of employee lifecycle processes and benefits administration
  • Excellent data management skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good problem-solving abilities and experience in supporting end users
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
