Senior ERP Implementation Project Manager (m/w/d)

Take the lead in a high-profile, hands-on role that combines strategic

project delivery with cross-border collaboration. Ihre Aufgaben Plan,

lead and deliver ERP implementation projects in line with established

project management methodologies. Develop end-to-end project plans

including task scheduling, resource allocation, risk management and

progress monitoring. Act as the main point of contact between Steering

Committees and delivery teams for transparent communication and

alignment. Coordinate central and local teams across different

geographies, bridging business and IT requirements. Ensure timely

delivery of all assigned project and functional deliverables. Identify

and resolve potential implementation challenges early. Align your

project with other ongoing local and global initiatives to ensure

smooth integration. Das bringen Sie mit Degree in IT, Engineering,

Business, or related field Minimum 8–10 years of experience in IT

project management or consulting Willingness to travel frequently

(around 4 days per week). Proven track record as a Senior Project

Manager, particularly in ERP rollouts (Infor preferred; SAP, Oracle,

or Microsoft Dynamics also considered). At least 5 years of hands-on

experience managing large-scale ERP deployments. Experience managing

virtual teams across multiple locations and project phases.

Comfortable leading cross-functional teams without direct authority.

Previous experience in FMCG or with Infor systems is desired Certified

in project management methodologies (e.g. PMI, PRINCE2) and skilled in

Lean/Six Sigma is a plus Fluent English (spoken & written); other

European languages are bonus Leadership qualities, hands-on mentality,

excellent communication and presentation skills Advanced MS Office
