About us We are supporting a well-established international group with
a strong engineering and technology backbone. The company offers
long-term stability, a high-quality internal SAP setup, and an
employee-centric culture. This is a permanent, internal position
within a highly collaborative IT team that plays a critical role in
supporting and shaping core business operations. You’ll join during
a pivotal phase as the company transitions to S/4HANA and deepens SAP
adoption across its global network. Tasks We're looking for a skilled
SAP PP Consultant to work closely with internal stakeholders and guide
them in aligning logistics processes with SAP standards. You will act
as a key player between SAP and the business—translating needs,
identifying improvements, and ensuring system excellence. This role is
much more than support: you'll drive process improvements, contribute
to strategic projects, and be seen as a subject matter expert within
the company. Drive enhancements and alignment of SAP PP processes
across departments Collaborate with business units and key users as a
trusted advisor Support the company-wide migration to S/4HANA
Contribute to cross-functional SAP topics such as MM, LE, or PS Take
part in blueprinting, customizing, documentation, and testing Promote
SAP best practices and adoption across locations Profile Strong
experience with SAP PP, including end-to-end customizing and process
optimization Familiarity with at least one additional logistics module
(e.g. MM, LE, SD) Experience with S/4HANA environments is a plus
Confident communicator with both business and technical stakeholders
Hands-on mindset with a proactive, solution-oriented approach Fluent
in German (required); English used in global interactions Willingness
to be on-site 2–3 days per week in North Rhine-Westphalia We offer
Permanent, full-time in-house role €85,000–105,000/year salary
depending on experience 35-hour workweek and collective agreement
