ongoing growth and international expansion, our global management team

is seeking to add new talent. Aufgaben Buy-side support: Assist and

lead international M&A projects by conducting due diligence, assessing

strategic fit and supporting negotiations with tax advisor and

accounting related entities in direct contact with clients in the

South-, Central- and Eastern Europe. Business plan and forecast

analysis: Review and analyze business plans and financial forecasts of

potential acquisition targets to evaluate viability and growth

potential. Valuation preparation: Prepare valuations of target

companies based on financial analysis, market trends and industry

benchmarks. Financing activities management: Support and lead the

preparation and management of financing activities related to M&A

projects. Holistic M&A approach that is including dealmaking,

portfolio-controlling, reporting and ongoing consultation and

communication with our international partners (ratio 50/50). Profil

Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, or a related

field. A master's degree is preferred. First or proven experience in

leading business analysis, financial analysis, or M&A activities.

Demonstrated ability to conceptualize and develop innovative solutions

for complex business issues, with proven experience in delivering

exceptional communication with international partners. Capable of

providing insightful advice and effectively translating and presenting

intricate concepts and information. English is the mandatory working

language; additional languages such as Dutch or Spanish are an

advantage, as they enhance your ability to effectively engage with our

Dutch or Spanish-speaking stakeholders and understand regional
