## Deine Aufgaben

• Zubereitung und Anrichten von allen Speisen
• Verarbeitung und Verwertung der anvertrauten Waren
• Kontrolle der Speisen vor dem Servieren auf Richtigkeit, Präsentation und Vollständigkeit
• sehr gute Kommunikation mit unserem Servicepersonal
• Mitkontrolle und Überwachung der Ware, Warenannahme, fachgerechte Lagerung und Wareneinsätze
• Einhalten von Vorgaben und Richtlinien nach HACCP
• Professionelle Präsentation unseres Hotels durch persönlichen Gästekontakt

## Dein Profil

• Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung zum Koch
• Quereinsteiger mit mehrjähriger Berufserfahrung
• Organisations- und Planungsfähigkeit
• Teamfähigkeit und Flexibilität
• Deutsch Sprachniveau B1
