The Team – your impact

Join our dynamic Segment Portfolio Management team within the Digital Portfolio Office at E.ON Digital Technology GmbH. As a Global Digital Technology (DT) Portfolio Manager, you will play a crucial role in steering our digital transformation investments, ensuring alignment with corporate and segment-specific strategies.

Your Role – meaningful undamp; rewarding

• Support E.ON's decision-making process for digital transformation investments across firm functions
• Provide qualitative transparency about DT project portfolios, outlining contributions to E.ON's strategy and value delivery
• Implement and optimize investment strategies to ensure alignment with corporate and segment-specific strategies
• Drive and support the investment funding process for new digital transformation activities
• Embedding new ways of working and driving transformative change in our digital investment landscape
• Consult and support strategic portfolio decisions, deriving necessary actions to maximize organizational impact
• Lead integration of DT investment roadmaps, creating awareness of project interdependencies to enhance cohesive progress
• Track the investment health and progress of E.ON's top digital transformation projects and activities
• Establish robust communication processes across functions to ensure that all stakeholders are informed, engaged, and aligned with portfolio activities, governance processes and decisions
• Monitor, analyze, and control the overarching risk landscape resulting from the DT project portfolio

Your Profile – authentic undamp; open-minded

• Passion for technology and digitization combined with an entrepreneurial spirit
• Several years of experience in digital transformation roles and extensive experience in leading multi-disciplinary projects with a strong competence to act as moderator and developer
• Excellent strategic thinking and extensive experience in leading multi-disciplinary projects with a strong competence to act as moderator and developer
• Proven stakeholder management skills, especially in complex environments with board-level interfaces
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and perform financial analyses
• Relevant university degree
• Commitment to life-long learning and ability to quickly familiarize with new topics and requirements
• Change management competence and a highly analytical approach to work
• Fluent in German and English, with international experience and intercultural skills
