**Your Mission**


  • **From planning to port call – your field of action:** Perform maintenance, repair, and commissioning work on highly complex hydraulic and electrical systems such as winches and cranes, both on land and at sea.
  • **Built for complexity – trusted worldwide:** Independently conduct Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) and ensure system functionality under demanding conditions.
  • **Ready for anything:** Travel to our customers worldwide, often to remote locations, where your improvisation skills and technical expertise are highly sought after. You are our face in the field, mastering challenges even without mobile phone reception.
  • **Precision in every detail:** Confidently handle technical drawings for analysis, troubleshooting, and documentation.

**Your Toolkit**


  • **Your background – and the mindset to match:** A completed technical vocational training (e.g., as a mechanic) is your foundation. If you are a mechanic, you bring additional electrical qualifications (switching authorizations, measurement technology) – or are willing to acquire them with us.
  • **Hands-on Experience:** You have experience with hydraulic and electrical systems, ideally with winches and cranes.
  • **Global Communication:** Excellent English language skills, both written and spoken, are absolutely essential – you must be able to communicate effectively even in difficult situations.
  • **Problem Solver:** High degree of independence and excellent improvisation skills to find solutions even under unexpected conditions.
  • **Security Clearance Advantage:** Prior experience in environments requiring elevated security clearance or extensive background checks is a significant advantage.
  • **Blueprint Ready:** You are proficient in confidently using technical drawings.
  • **Mobile & Flexible:** You are willing to travel extensively and manage international projects.
  • You hold a valid driver's license.
