Shift Supervisor – Quality Automotive (f/m/d)

Ihr Arbeitsalltag Your Responsibilities As Shift Supervisor, you play a central role in the operational and strategic coordination of your team.

• Ensure quality, safety, and efficiency during shift operations
• Lead the team professionally and coordinate quality inspection projects
• Optimize workflows and act as point of contact for questions regarding processes and procedures
• Prepare reports and documentation
• Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and standards

Ihre Schlüsselqualifikationen Your Key Qualifications

• Completed vocational training in a technical or industrial field
• Work experience in quality inspection, production, or logistics within the automotive industry
• Willingness to work in shifts (early, late, and night)
• Good English skills and good knowledge of either German or Polish
