• Efficient planning and management of personnel and resources with a focus on cost optimization and target achievement
• Technical leadership, training, and motivation of the operational team
• Documentation and analysis of project results
• Customer communication and project reporting

Ihre Schlüsselqualifikationen Your Key Qualifications

• Completed vocational training and experience in the automotive industry
• Leadership and project experience (e.g. in production, logistics, or incoming goods inspection)
• Solid MS Office skills
• Ability to read technical drawings
• Good English skills and good knowledge of either German or Polish
