Über den Job:

As a Driver Coordinator, you're the link between our drivers, planning, HR, and other departments. You make sure our fleet and our people are used effectively, guide drivers, and ensure all related admin is in order. No two days are the same—from analyzing onboard computer data to organizing training and improving driving behavior.


**Your responsibilities include:**


  • Ensuring optimal deployment of drivers and vehicles
  • Analyzing trip data (driving behavior, fuel usage, driving/rest times) and initiating improvements
  • Coordinating absences, maintenance, and availability of drivers and vehicles
  • Designing and managing targeted training programs
  • Reporting to management on driver availability and quality
  • Checking operational and legal documents (e.g., CMRs, damage reports)
  • Resolving issues between drivers, planning, and the organization proactively

**Was erwarten wir von Ihnen?**


We are looking for a hands-on coordinator with logistics insight and a strong sense of responsibility. You understand the driver’s job, but also what the business needs.


You have:


  • Experience in a logistics or coordinating role, ideally involving drivers
  • Knowledge of regulations (e.g., driving and rest times, food transport laws)
  • Strong communication skills in German and English (Dutch is a plus)
  • Proficiency in digital systems and trip data analysis
  • A proactive and solution-oriented mindset
  • The ability to stay organized and calm under pressure
  • Enthusiasm and the ability to motivate others
