For our valued partner in the international energy industry we are looking for a

Safety Coordinator (m/f/d) - Permit to Work for the Munich location.

In a highly technical environment where precision and safety must go hand in hand, you orchestrate permit processes, ensure regulatory compliance, and keep teams working smart - and safe. Your structure gives us the freedom to build and innovate.

Your tasks:

• Manage and oversee the Permit-to-Work (PTW) system on-site to ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards
• Review and approve work permits, ensuring all necessary signatures, precautions, and safety measures are in place
• Coordinate between teams to ensure smooth communication and implementation of PTW processes
• Monitor ongoing work to ensure adherence to safety procedures before, during, and after the job
• Identify potential hazards and support the implementation of appropriate safety measures
• Train personnel on PTW processes and ensure they pass the required safety tests
• Maintain accurate documentation and filing of all PTW-related records and updates
• Act as the main point of contact for audits, assist auditors in reviewing compliance, and implement corrective actions as needed
• Collaborate with clients and contractors to align PTW systems and ensure seamless operations

Your qualification:

• Degree in Engineering (e.g., Mechanical, Electrical, Process) or a related technical field
• Proven experience with Permit-to-Work (PTW) processes, ideally in Gas Turbine or Combined Cycle Power Plants
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Willingness to travel internationally for long-term assignments
• Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills with the ability to motivate and influence others

• Fluent in English (written and spoken); German skills at B2 level or higher
• Valid international driving license
