YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Execute and localize store operations strategies
• Act as the main operational contact for store leaders, Group Store Leads and Sales Leads, providing direct support and guidance
• Facilitate clear, timely, and actionable communication between market leadership and store teams
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners (e.g. Security, Health & Safety, Retail Systems, Visual Merchandising, Marketing, People & Culture) to ensure effective execution of store initiatives
• Monitor key operational KPIs, analyze performance data and support in defining and executing improvement actions
• Simplify and optimize workflows and governance structures to ease the operational burden on store teams
• Ensure consistency and compliance with workforce and operational standards across all stores
• Align market-specific operational initiatives with EU commercial excellence guidelines
• Identify and escalate recurring operational issues to the Store Operations Lead, contributing to long-term solutions

WHAT YOU BRING

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in store operations, ideally at a market or regional level
• Proficiency in English and the local market language is required; additional languages are a plus
• Strong understanding of retail store operations and market-specific challenges
• Proficiency in analyzing performance data and implementing operational improvements
• Ability to adapt and execute global strategies in a local market context
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders
• Proactive problem-solving mindset with focus on delivering results
• Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
