Aufgaben Strategic Acquisitions: Identify and assess potential acquisition targets to expand the company's data centre footprint in DACH, aligning with the organization's growth strategy Deal Execution: Lead end-to-end transaction processes, including due diligence, financial modeling, negotiation, and closing, ensuring timely and successful deal completion Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate effectively with internal departments (finance, legal, technical) and external advisors to facilitate comprehensive evaluation and execution of transactions Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive dynamics within the data centre and broader infrastructure sectors Risk Management: Proactively identify and address potential risks and red flags in complex deal structures, developing strategic solutions to mitigate issues Anforderungen Experience: 7–10 years of professional experience in investment banking, private equity, or corporate development, with a strong focus on M&A transactions. Experience in real estate, data centres, or energy infrastructure sectors is highly desirable Track Record: Proven success as a deal lead or 'deal captain,' demonstrating the ability to close complex transactions and drive business growth Technical Skills: Exceptional financial modeling and analytical skills, with the ability to assess investment opportunities critically Stakeholder Management: Adept at managing relationships with diverse stakeholders, including senior executives, investors, advisors, and partners Problem-Solving: Strong strategic and analytical mindset, capable of navigating complex deal structures and resolving challenges independently Language Proficiency: Fluent in German with excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal Education: Bachelor's degree in finance, business, economics, or a related field.
