Your main assignments:

• Lead, manage and develop the accounting team
• Work closely with the CEO and the Board regarding financial topics
• Ensure proper quarterly and annual statutory closings, as well as audit process
• Budgeting and cost controlling
• Liquidity management (budget and regular forecasts)
• Preparation of external and internal reportings (Management and Board)
• Establish and enforce robust internal controls and processes
• Ensure tax and VAT compliance

Your profile:

• Swiss certified public accountant or Swiss certified expert in Accounting and Controlling
• 5+ years of experience, ideally in an audit company
• Strong IT skills
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Initiative – must be a self-starter who takes the lead when necessary
• Young and dynamic with appreciation of challenging tasks
• Fluent in German and English, French is a plus
