To expand our team in the international headquarters in Bottrop, we are looking for adynamic and ambitious personality as Team Leader (m/f/d) Laboratory Tunnel Construction and Mining Grow with us through diverse responsibilities: * You are responsible for the research and development of new chemical materials based on various technologies and raw materials that are used in tunnel construction. * You evaluate and improve the commercial and environmental sustainability of our products and their application at the customer and align your development work strongly with the sustainability needs of our customers * You will research new raw materials for product development, check their usability and maintain contact with the suppliers. * You actively support the market launch of these materials at construction sites, which may involve worldwide travel of approximately 20-30%. * You are responsible for the optimization of existing products (e.g. via raw material exchange) and support production in the manufacture of our products. * You will be responsible for the disciplinary and technical management of 3 laboratory technicians.
