WHAT YOU'LL DO The Global Architecture Advisor Expert (f/m/d) will work with the Global Architecture team, and with main stakeholders in the Regional AA organization as well as within Sales, Product Development and Services, to design and execute the transformational architectural initiatives around the following: - Business and Enterprise Architects Methodology and tools - Artifacts and Deliverable standardizations using tools like LeanIX - Scaling practices using AI, digital etc. - Drive the Global AA Hub and support Community development - Leverage of SAP Business Transformation toolchain especially LeanIX - Reporting and performance management - Training and Enablement - Career plan design, rewarding and recognition programs. To this end the key tasks may include - Analyze Architecture Advisor services and practices within the CA operational models and identify areas of improvements and related actions to put in execution the required transformational initiatives - Content Development to support the AA Practice/Playbook - Co-own defined transformational initiatives, according to the SAP global strategy; drive transformation and business results and feel accountable for the expected outcomes - Drive Toolchain (especially on LeanIX) best practices and adoption by the AA teams - In collaboration with the leadership team, ensure alignment on program’s objectives and execution with all regional and MU leaders to interact with our customers - Enablement planning and field support - Support digital and AI initiatives to scale the model These initiatives will support our field AA teams in driving the best-in-class Customer Engagements at the same time help scale the business WHAT YOU BRING - Considerable experience with software/IT organizations as an IT Architecture or Enterprise Architecture Advisor (f/m/d) and/or specific expertise with software solutions through Solution Management, Sales, Presales, Adoption/Consumption, Consulting or Business Development, demonstrating successful outcomes over multiple years. - Represent SAP as the trusted advisor within SAP and/or the market. - Deep knowledge of Cloud, Hosted Services, SaaS/ PaaS models and Cloud-based commerce/ business networks. - Proven professional networks in the market to drive pipeline and revenue growth for SAP. - Proven track record of success in the selected industry area, if required. - Proven leadership and project management experience. - Experience in large-scale solution GTM’s or software development/delivery - Strategic thinking, data-oriented mindset - Proven experience of driving tangible outcomes in Enterprise Architecture for customers. - Education: Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) required, MBA or equivalent degree required from accredited university preferred. - TOGAF or SAP IEA-10 certifications and Experience in using EAM tools is a an added value for candidates - Full working proficiency in German and Business English, with proficiency in additional languages considered a plus. The team works with the main stakeholders in the Regional AA organization as well as within Sales, Product Development and Services, to design and execute the transformational architectural initiatives.
