CNC Machining Engineer (m/f/d) for stay abroad in US Headquaters in New Jersey (12 months or longer)

We are looking for you as* ## **CNC Machining Engineer (m/f/d) / Zerspanungsmechaniker (m/f/d) Drehtechnik** ### *to set up our new production facility at the HYTORC headquarters (New Jersey)* **What you can expect:** - Employment in Germany at HYTORC Technologies with an exciting **assignment abroad in our US headquarters for at least 12 months, preferably longer** - **Training in our branch in Sprockhövel** (approx. 6 months) - **Visa, relocation and accommodation will of course be organized and provided** **Key Responsibilities** - Active participation in the development of a production facility for the production of turned-milled parts with a focus on small series and prototype production - Development of process-reliable manufacturing strategies taking into account quality requirements to increase productivity - Implementation of all necessary work steps from programming, setup and operation of the machine to the finished product **Required Qualifications** - Fluent in German and English and a desire for an exciting time abroad and intercultural cooperation - Technical understanding and experience in manufacturing (an advantage) - You have completed apprenticeship as a Zerspanungsmechaniker (m/f/d) Drehtechnik - Sound knowledge of programming CNC controls (ideally on Siemens 840D controls) - Knowledge of CAM programming is an advantage - Experience in the implementation of technical drawings with regard to the planning and organization of all necessary work steps - A high sense of quality and responsibility as well as a prudent and solution-oriented way of working **Physical & Work Environment Requirements** - Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive machining tasks. - Must be able to stand for extended periods and move between production areas. - Ability to work flexible schedules due to travel and training requirements. **About the company** HYTORC, founded in 1968, is a leading supplier of industrial bolting systems based in Mahwah, New Jersey, USA.
