We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Junior Technical and Nautical Superintendent (m/f/d) to join our team.

This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience in the maritime industry and work alongside experienced professionals. This position provides a clear career path towards a Superintendent position.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Dive into hands-on technical support: Tackle real-world challenges by troubleshooting equipment failures and system malfunctions on our fleet.
• Master maritime technology: Learn about advanced vessel systems, from navigation and communication to propulsion and automation.
• Become a regulatory expert: Gain in-depth knowledge of international maritime regulations and ensure our vessels meet the highest standards.
• Participate in exciting projects: Contribute to newbuild supervision and drydocking operations.
• Develop your project management skills: Assist in budgeting, cost control, and project coordination.
• Work with cutting edge technology: Learn and use the latest software and hardware used in modern shipping.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

• Bachelor’s degree in marine engineering, naval architecture, nautical studies or similar.
• Basic technical knowledge of marine engineering systems.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience in a shipping company or classification society is preferred, but not essential.
