# **Financial Manager (m/f/d)** **Are you ready to make an impact? The position works closely with the company's managers with financial reporting and follow-up and is a part of Autocirc Germany’s management team. Additionally, you will report and work closely with the Autocirc Group accounting organization! This role includes planning and managing the tasks to secure financial reporting and analysis, liquidity planning and other tasks within the department. Furthermore, you’ll be responsible for the development, implementation and documentation of all processes in the finance area. You will ensure that the accounting and reporting process is carried out in accordance with current legal requirements in the country as well as requirements from central finance organization at Autocirc Group. **Tasks and responsibilities:** · Responsible for follow-up of results, balance and liquidity, monthly, quarterly and annual reporting. · Ensure that the internal and external reporting for all companies is compiled and delivered on time (monthly reporting, annual reports, tax returns, etc.). · Execute the internal control implementation and evaluation to secure reliable financial reporting and compliance with applicable laws and regulation · Secure the accruals and provisions are recorded timely and accurately to present a true and correct view of the Income statement and the company performance. · Being responsible for and keeping up to date with the systems and processes that affect your department. · Ensure that all taxes and duties are paid in accordance with applicable laws and regulations **Who are you?** To succeed, we believe that your background and skills include: · University degree in finance accounting, or other qualification recognized by the employer as equivalent · Minimum 5 years of work experience in similar positions, preferably from manufacturing industry. · Experience in financial work in medium/big-sized companies · Knowledge and experience of financial systems and business systems · Fluent in spoken and written German and English As a person you are proactive, outgoing, communicative and find it easy to build relationships.
