Für unser Headquarter in Murg in Südbaden suchen wir zum schnellstmöglichen Eintritt eine engagierte und praxisorientierte Persönlichkeit als **Bereichsleitung Technik/Produktion/Qualitätssicherung (m/w/d)** **Die Aufgabe:** - Verantwortung für Produktion und Qualitätssicherung inkl. Leitung und Weiterentwicklung der Abteilungen Nähatelier, Zuschnitt, Arbeitsvorbereitung, Produktion und Qualitätskontrolle - Entwicklung von Lösungen für bekleidungstechnische Herausforderungen gemeinsam mit den Abteilungsleitern und technischen Fachkräften - Sicherstellung reibungsloser Produktionsabläufe und Gewährleistung der termingerechten sowie qualitativ hochwertigen Fertigstellung unserer Produkte - Kontaktpflege zu unseren Produktionsbetrieben, Koordinierung der Kapazitäten in Zusammenarbeit mit der Fertigungssteuerung und Überwachung der termingerechten Bereitstellung von Ressourcen - Enge Zusammenarbeit mit der Qualitätskontrolle, Überwachung von Anlieferungsmängeln sowie Umsetzung geeigneter Maßnahmen zur Sicherung der Produktqualität - Ansprechpartner/in für die fachliche Leitung der Teams in der Endkontrolle und den produktionsnahen Abteilungen inkl. Einarbeitung neuer Mitarbeitender und Optimierung der Zusammenarbeit und der Arbeitsabläufe **Unser neues Teammitglied sollte mitbringen:** - Abgeschlossenes Studium oder eine Ausbildung im Bereich Bekleidungstechnik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation - Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Bekleidungsindustrie, vorzugsweise in der Lingerie- oder Bademodenproduktion. Remote work or freelance work is unfortunately not possible for this position. A move to Germany is required - we will be happy to support you with this.** **The task:** - Responsibility for production and quality assurance incl. management and further development of the sewing studio, cutting, work preparation, production and quality control departments - Developing solutions for technical clothing challenges together with the department heads and technical specialists - Ensuring smooth production processes and guaranteeing the timely and high-quality completion of our products - Maintaining contact with our production plants, coordinating capacities in collaboration with production control and monitoring the timely provision of resources - Working closely with quality control, monitoring delivery defects and implementing suitable measures to ensure product quality - Contact person for the technical management of the teams in the final inspection and production-related departments, including training new employees and optimising cooperation and work processes **Our new team member should have:** - Completed studies or training in the field of garment technology or comparable qualification - Several years of professional experience in the garment industry, preferably in lingerie or swimwear production.
