W3-Professur „BWL – Interne Unternehmensrechnung und Controlling“ (m/w/d)

An der Fakultät für Wirtschaftswissenschaften ist zum 01.10.2026 die ### **W3-Professur „BWL – Interne Unternehmensrechnung und Controlling“ (m/w/d)** zu besetzen. Die Stelleninhaberin bzw. der Stelleninhaber (m/w/d) soll durch international ausgewiesene Forschung in den Bereichen Interne Unternehmensrechnung und Controlling zum Profil der Fakultät beitragen. Die Professur stellt einen wichtigen Knotenpunkt in der interdisziplinären Forschung an der TU Chemnitz dar. Es wird erwartet, dass die künftige Stelleinhaberin oder der künftige Stelleninhaber sich im Bereich der interdisziplinären Forschung, Drittmitteleinwerbung sowie im Transfer in seinem Berufungsgebiet engagiert. Die Anschlussfähigkeit der Forschung an die Forschungsschwerpunkte der Fakultät sowie an die Kernkompetenzbereiche der TU Chemnitz ist eine zentrale Anforderung. Die Fakultät hält das PRME-Siegel für nachhaltige Managementausbildung, so dass ein substanzieller Beitrag auf diesem Thema in Forschung und Lehre erwartet wird. In der Lehre ist die Professur in disziplinäre wie interdisziplinäre Bachelor- und Masterstudiengänge eingebunden. Zu nennen sind insbesondere der Bachelorstudiengang Wirtschaftswissenschaften, die Bachelor- und Masterstudiengänge Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, die Masterstudiengänge Rechnungslegung und Unternehmenssteuerung sowie Value Chain Management. Die Bereitschaft und Fähigkeit zur Übernahme von Lehrveranstaltungen in deutscher und englischer Sprache werden vorausgesetzt. **Erwartet werden** - Aktivitäten und Erfahrungen im Bereich Forschung (Fähigkeit und Bereitschaft zur Einwerbung von Drittmitteln, starke Publikations- und Vortragstätigkeit, Förderung des wissenschaftlichen Nachwuchses), - Aktivitäten und Erfahrungen im Bereich Lehre (insbesondere auch die Fähigkeit und Bereitschaft zur Übernahme von Lehrveranstaltungen in englischer Sprache), - Aktivitäten und Erfahrungen im Bereich Transfer sowie - die Bereitschaft zur Übernahme von Aufgaben in der akademischen Selbstverwaltung. **Erwünscht sind weiterhin** - internationale Aktivitäten und Erfahrungen in den Bereichen Lehre, Forschung und/oder Transfer, - besondere Nachweise zur Qualifikation in der Lehre, - die Fähigkeit und Bereitschaft zum Engagement im Bereich Weiterbildung, - die Fähigkeit und Bereitschaft zur Nutzung neuer Lehr- und Lernformen sowie - die Fähigkeit und Bereitschaft zur Öffentlichkeitsarbeit. Die Berufungsvoraussetzungen ergeben sich aus § 59 SächsHSG. Die für die Stelle erforderlichen zusätzlichen wissenschaftlichen Leistungen sind durch eine erfolgreich evaluierte Juniorprofessur, durch eine Habilitation oder durch eine gleichwertige wissenschaftliche Tätigkeit nachzuweisen. The professorship represents an important hub in interdisciplinary research at Chemnitz University of Technology. It is expected that the future holder of the position will be committed to interdisciplinary research, the acquisition of third-party funding and transfer in his/her area of appointment. The ability to connect research to the Faculty's research priorities and to the core areas of expertise at Chemnitz University of Technology is a key requirement. The faculty holds the PRME seal for sustainable management education, so that a substantial contribution to this topic in research and teaching is expected. In teaching, the professorship is involved in disciplinary and interdisciplinary Bachelor's and Master's degree programs.
