The Department of Simulation and Graphics at the Faculty of Computer Science seeks to fill the following vacancy: # Research Associate (m/f/d) in the field of Augmented Reality Salary scale: **13 TV-L** Date commencing: immediately Fixed term (until): **December 31, 2027** Contract status: **100 %** We are a university with a focus on engineering and natural sciences as well as economics, human sciences and medicine. The doctoral position is located in the working groups of Virtual and Augmented Reality (Prof. Christian Hansen) and Visualization (Prof. Bernhard Preim) at the interface of computer science and surgery. The research focus is on the software development of new AR methods, in particular advanced AR user interfaces and visualization techniques that can be used by surgeons in the operating room.
