**Marketing Specialist (m/f/d)** Permanent contract, Full-time, Aachen   For 10 years PL BioScience has been manufacturing animal-free cell culture products that are used in basic research, translational research and cell therapy around the world. With our team of interdisciplinary specialists, we are passionate about accelerating biomedical developments through our sustainable Human Platelet Lysate (HPL) products.   To strengthen our Marketing & Sales team and support the promotion of our HPL products, we are looking for a dedicated **Marketing Specialist (m/f/d).**  Are you passionate about B2B marketing, biotechnology and sustainable innovations? Join us in advancing the awareness of our HPL as a key component in cell therapeutics!  **Your Key Responsibilities** ·       **Marketing Strategy**: Develop and execute marketing strategies that effectively position our products in the international target markets. **·       Lead Generation:** Develop and implement comprehensive lead generation strategies aligned with the company's goals and target audience. **·       Product Promotion:** Create compelling content (datasheets, website content, social media posts) that highlights the value of our products to various customer segments. **·       Digital Marketing: Manage and optimize digital marketing channels, including the company website, email campaigns, and social media platforms.** **·       Market Research & Analysis:** Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning. Use insights to adapt marketing strategies. **·       Sales Support:** Work closely with the sales colleagues to develop supporting materials, such as product presentations and technical documentation. **·       Data Analysis and Reporting:** Track, measure, and report the effectiveness of lead generation campaigns. **·       Event Management: Organize and promote company participation in trade shows, webinars, and other events to increase brand visibility.** **·       Travel Requirements:** Represent the company and coordinate on-site marketing efforts at industry events and client meetings, which may require travel up to 30% of the time. **Required Qualifications:** - **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing & Communication, Biotechnology, Bioengineering, or a related field.
