We are an internationally active specialist and system provider for home water gardens and aquariums, as well as for project-related fountain technology that combines the interplay of water, light and music in a unique way time and time again. **About us:** - We have been in existence for 75 years. - Have locations in Europe, Asia and the USA. - We are passionate about water and nature. - Have 750 employees worldwide. - Want to grow steadily and develop further. **We can offer you:** - Exciting projects that allow for independent work. - The opportunity to bring your own ideas to the table and improve processes. - Modern communication using Microsoft 365 with opportunities for mobile working. - A great, motivated team in an innovative and agile environment with flat hierarchies. **Your future tasks will include:** - Main responsibility for the development of global pricing strategies for our OASE Group in close coordination with the sales units (consumer area). - Preparation of various price scenarios across the product life cycle, considering significant influencing factors such as costs, willingness to buy and competitive environment in different markets and for different customer groups. - Carrying out plausibility checks on our global price offer, including verification and monitoring of discount and rebate structures. - Procuring, maintaining and analysing market prices. - Creation of templates to simplify data preparation and results analysis with a high degree of automation. - Carrying out medium and long-term sales and turnover planning, while taking into account possible external and internal control factors on the operating result. - Establishment and further development of standardised pricing processes in cross-departmental cooperation. - Independent development of the pricing function for the OASE Group from the ground up (basic work to create the pricing foundation). **Your skills:** - Completed studies in the field of industrial engineering / business administration, commercial apprenticeship or a comparable qualification. - Initial professional experience in pricing and/or (sales) controlling desirable (e.g. in the automotive sector). - Very good knowledge of databases and Microsoft Power BI. - Basic knowledge of monitoring tools/ dashboards (e.g. Price2Spy) advantageous. - Experienced in the use of our business applications, especially CRM, SAP R/3 and Qlik. - Very good written and spoken German and English. - High problem-solving competence, strong implementation skills and a good data mindset. - A can-do personality that is not distracted by resistance, a proactive working style, team spirit and the ability to take a holistic perspective. **Does this sound like you?**  Then we look forward to receiving your completed application with details of your earliest start date and your salary expectations.
