• Define the European medical strategy for selected products/TAs, and support BD&L and portfolio with medical expertise and commercial assessments to secure assets
• Leading the cross-countries medical team for biologics
• Closely collaborate with Market Access and Marketing to bring initiatives to life; actively support digital transformation
• Support countries to maximize the disease/treatment awareness for biologics by assessing unmet needs and providing them with support on the implementation
• Ensure understanding of treatment algorithms and Standards of Care
• Drive patient and HCPs understanding
• Ensure peer-to-peer leadership and close collaboration with country organizations

THIS MAKES US CURIOUS

• Educational Background: A medical background and degree is required
• Experience: Long-standing experience in specialty (biologics) in medical affairs, including strong KOL knowledge and experience with digital tools and prior launch experience
• Industry Knowledge: Experience in rheumatology and oncology with biologics, and local country experience
• Leadership: Prior line leadership experience and the ability to lead cross-functionally and with country organizations
• Skills: Excellent scientific acumen, external focus, strong communication, analytical and management skills
• Language: Fluent in English; fluency in another international language is beneficial
