Together, we will build on our company's long history and keep on leading the way to a better world Discover your exciting role As a Senior Plant Utility Engineer Sanitary, you will play a key role in the planning and execution of challenging projects for pharmaceutical production facilities and laboratory buildings. Your expertise in mechanical engineering, particularly in sanitary and sprinkler systems - with additional knowledge in heating, cooling, and steam systems as an advantage - will be instrumental in leading the design and construction of these systems. You will be a connection between clients, subcontractors, and internal teams, ensuring smooth communication and successful project completion. Explore your tasks and responsibilities * Responsible for the design and construction of supply systems for industrial plants, with a focus on plumbing and sprinkler systems * Ensure that all projects comply with industry and regulatory standards * Preparation of planning documents, including feasibility studies, conceptual, basic and detailed planning * Collaborate with customers and interdisciplinary teams to ensure technical specifications and project objectives are met * Oversee external planning partners and manage project planning, budgeting, and scheduling, including negotiating with suppliers * Accompanying the construction phase to ensure that all systems are implemented as planned Show your expertise * Completed studies in the field of building technology, energy generation technology, supply engineering, mechanical engineering, thermomechanics or comparable course of study, alternatively an apprenticeship as a technician with a focus on heating, cooling, steam, sanitary and sprinkler systems * Several years of experience in the planning and construction of sanitary facilities for industrial projects * Project experience in Germany is desirable * Very good knowledge of German and English * Good CAD and MS Office skills, strong leadership and problem-solving skills * Willingness to travel and work in multidisciplinary teams What we offer * Your start at Exyte: Take part in a two-day onboarding event with new colleagues * Attractive location: Our location features spacious workstations with height-adjustable desks * Buddy-System: Several weeks of close familiarisation with your colleagues in the team * Work-life balance: There is always the possibility of switching to mobile working * Catering: Free coffee specialities as well as water dispensers are accessible on every floor * Keep fit: Exyte subsidises your fitness contract through Qualitrain at over 5,000 locations in Germany Would you like to become part of the Exyte team?
