What you`ll do As Project Senior or Expert Consultant with focus on Marketing & Events in the Business Process Engineering unit, you will be a key player in shaping and structuring our SAP Cloud Infrastructure offering. In this role, you will report to the Head of PlusOne Business Process Engineering. In your role, you will play a crucial part in shaping how our organization informs and supports customers and internal teams through creating marketing material and education. Your expertise will help enhance both internal knowledge and customer understanding of our product offerings, ultimately strengthening our business relationships and delivering value. Key Responsibilities: - You develop concepts on how to support the GTM teams in explaining our offering to the customers - You develop concepts to create a bigger knowledge within and outside of SAP - You organize and manage internal and external events, as well as Knowledge Transfer sessions, and webinars - You bring in ideas to continuously improve our cost of new customer acquisitions With your skills and proactive mindset, you will drive innovation and help shape the future of our customer engagement and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
