We are seeking an experienced Senior SAP Logistics Consultant to join our client’s team. Position Overview: As a Senior SAP Logistics Consultant, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing SAP logistics solutions, ensuring seamless end-to-end processes across the supply chain. Working closely with business stakeholders and IT teams, you will align SAP functionalities with operational goals to drive excellence and innovation in logistics management. Tasks Implementation and Optimization: Lead the implementation and optimization of SAP logistics modules, including MM, WM, EWM, and TM, tailored to the needs of the manufacturing environment. Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze logistics requirements, translating them into effective SAP solutions. Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance inventory management, procurement, transportation, and warehouse operations. Integration: Ensure seamless integration of SAP logistics modules with other SAP systems such as SD, PP, and QM, as well as third-party tools. Support and Troubleshooting: Provide expert-level support for SAP logistics modules, addressing technical and functional issues promptly. Documentation and Training: Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation and deliver training sessions to end-users and stakeholders. Project Leadership: Lead logistics-related projects, including upgrades, rollouts, and new implementations, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery. Continuous Learning: Stay updated on the latest SAP advancements, logistics trends, and best practices, applying them to enhance the company’s logistics landscape. Profile Educational Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Information Technology, or a related field. Professional Experience: Extensive experience as an SAP Logistics Consultant, with a focus on manufacturing or industrial sectors. Technical Expertise: Proficiency in SAP logistics modules (MM, WM, EWM, TM), including configuration, customization, and integration. Process Knowledge: Strong understanding of logistics and supply chain processes, including procurement, inventory management, transportation, and warehouse management. Integration Skills: Experience integrating SAP logistics modules with other SAP and non-SAP systems. Problem-Solving Abilities: Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex logistics challenges with SAP solutions. Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Language Proficiency: Minimum German language skills at level B2 and fluent English. Residency Requirement: Apply only if currently living and working in Germany.
