If you’re excited to drive impact through thoughtful HR practices and operational support in a fast-scaling, mission-driven company, this is the role for you.Your Mission • Act as a trusted advisor to managers on people-related topics, helping them drive engagement, team effectiveness, and change management initiatives; • Lead performance management initiatives including goal-setting, feedback, and development plans to elevate individual and team performance; • Contribute to implementing company-wide cultural initiatives, reinforcing our values, and enhancing employee engagement; • Ensure HR operations run smoothly, including meticulous management of employee documentation such as contracts and agreements; • Develop and manage a welcoming, structured onboarding process that sets new hires up for success from day one; • Use HR metrics and analytics to provide actionable insights, driving informed decision-making and business outcomes; • Support hiring initiatives as needed, contributing to a seamless recruitment process, especially during periods of scale-up; • Manage payroll processes and ensure adherence to local employment regulations and labor laws. Your Experience • 3-5 years in HR generalist or related roles, with a track record of delivering impactful HR initiatives; • Proven ability to juggle multiple priorities, driving HR projects to successful completion; • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both German and English; • Strong organizational skills and precision in handling HR documentation and processes; • Proactive, solutions-oriented approach to challenges; • Solid understanding of employment contracts and German labor law; • A passion for creating a positive, inclusive workplace culture.
