Be one of our change-makers and join the success story: we are looking for a **IT Analyst (d/f/m)** Location: Düsseldorf, Germany (on-site) ## **The** **Opportunity** We re seeking an IT Analyst (d/f/m) with many years of experience in IT Service Management Incident Management and End User Tools like Nexthink. The candidate will be responsible for overseeing desktop support in a remote work model from the office. This role requires a proactive approach to managing IT services and ensuring seamless operations. ## **Your Key Result Areas** · General IT service and user support: Provide support at all levels, both face-to-face and through various communication channels. · Logging support requests and incidents: Document and track reported issues. · Monitoring and completion of issues and requests: Oversee the resolution of problems received by the IT Service Desk, escalating when necessary. · Troubleshoot problems: Use diagnostic tools and escalate issues as needed. · Liaise with regional**** offices and third-party suppliers: Collaborate to resolve user support issues. ## **Your Qualifications** • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in IT support in a corporate environment. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English. • Troubleshooting in a corporate computing environment. • Investigation and diagnostic skills. • Experience with Microsoft Windows 10 & 11. • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office 365 suite of applications and Teams. • Familiarity with iPhone/iPad technology and mobile apps. • General user administration tasks. • Data/voice cabling and patching skills. • Experience with Intune, Autopilot and MS Teams • Ability to manage expectations by sitting down with stakeholders ## **Desirable Qualifications** • Experience working with Legal tools in the legal sector. • Familiarity with the iManage Document Management System. • Experience with Service Now ticket logging. • Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician (MCDST) or above. • Working knowledge of ITIL/Service management best practice. • Accredited ITIL certification (Foundation level). • Experience in leading small projects. ## **At Cognizant, taking care of employees is a priority:** - You can pursue innovative career tracks and opportunities here - You can enhance your professional development through education and dedicated training - We’ll give you the skills you need to keep pace with the changing workplace while our compensation, health insurance benefit and gym membership discount to help you stay healthy and plan for the future.
