Your tasks: - Lead the design, development, and deployment of software supporting the company's ADAS technology, focusing on behavior planning and motion planning modules - Manage the daily tasks of the development team in utilizing modern planning algorithms - Translate automotive industry requirements into practical algorithmic solutions - Follow agile development methodologies and the V-Model for developing motion planning modules - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, especially the integration and vehicle control teams, to integrate motion planning algorithms into ADAS systems - Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior engineers, fostering a collaborative and innovative team environment Your profile: - Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Robotics, or a related field.
