Aufgabe: - Participate in developing and executing comprehensive go-to-market plan tailored to enterprise clients - Identify and prioritize target industries, market segments, and strategic partnerships - Conduct on-demand market analysis to validate assumptions and refine the value proposition - Collaborate with sales, marketing, selected anchor clients and technical teams to align messaging and positioning - Work closely with product and sales teams to align features with client pain points and market demands - Define and track KPIs related to market penetration, client acquisition and revenue growth - Independent completion and management of tasks in an agile, cross-functional team - Preparation of management decisions and coordination with various stakeholders, present insights and recommendations to top management - Development, further expansion, and transfer of subject matter and technical knowledge to position the DLT competence center bank-wide and with external partners (clients, national and international ecosystem partners) oder: Establish thought leadership in blockchain-based supply chain and digital payment solutions Profil: - Completed Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (e.g., business administration, economics, business information technology or related fields) - Minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience in business strategy, product management or go-to-market roles within financial services industry, software or DLT service providers, consulting or similar relevant work experience - Ideally experience in navigating the product-market-fit stage for enterprise solutions - Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills to evaluate market data, identify trends and propose actionable strategies - Familiarity with DLT frameworks (Hyperledger, Corda, Ethereum) as well as crypto assets and tokenization - Understanding of digital payment methods and digital currencies (e.g., Digital Euro, Tokenized Deposits, Stablecoins, MICAR) - Strong communication skills and enjoyment of working in interdisciplinary teams and direct customer contact - Ideally, experience with agile working methods and familiarity with common presentation and conceptual tools - Excellent German and English skills Kontakt: Would you like to become a member of a strong and dedicated team?
