MITARBEITER 2ND LEVEL IT-SUPPORT ONSITE (M/W/D)

WHAT TO EXPECT:

As a 2nd Level IT Support Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our client's IT infrastructure. You will be responsible for providing onsite support, troubleshooting technical issues, and implementing solutions.


YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Installation, configuration, and setup of complex IT systems
  • Deployment and maintenance of IT systems (MS Win 10, MS Active Directory, etc.)
  • Hardware repairs and 2nd level support tasks using a ticketing system
  • Creation of system documentation

YOUR SKILLS:

  • At least 2 years of professional experience in IT Support
  • Software & Hardware knowledge in Second Level
  • Experience with ticketing systems, Microsoft environment, and Windows operating system
  • Very good German skills (C1) and good English skills (B1)
